Would this diet work and how long would it take?

Ok, I’m going to cut out carbs, sugar, and dairy. Only fruits and vegetables and then protein (96% lean meat or chicken). In addition I’m going to drink 2 liters of water a day, take laxatives, and Acai Berry (it’s not AcaiBerryBurn or anything, just Acai Berry supplements.) And then I’m going to walk for an hour on an incline and go for a 1 1/2 mile run. I’m also doing inner thigh weights, arm weights, and 300 crunches and 300 squats. How long before I lose 35 pounds??? IM SO DESPERATE! I WILL DO ANYTHING TO LOSE 35 POUNDS SUPER FAST! IF ANYONE HAS ANY OTHER PLAN PLEASE SHARE!!! I don’t need a lecture on how making lifestyle changes and how its unhealthy to lose this much so fast or whatever. I NEED TO LOSE IT FAST! I HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO SOON!

    Ya thats supposed to be a normal persons lifestyle. in two weeks you’ll def. notice a difference just be sure to rest 2 days a week or it wont work

    Even if you ate no food, you will not lose more than about 3lbs a week, it will take at least 3 months, more likely 4-5 months to lose 35 lbs.

    Acai berry will not help you to lose weight, so don’t bother. Drinking water will not help with weight loss either, drink water if you are thirsty.
    Laxatives will damage your colon, interfere with blood balance and, if blood is disturbed enough, may cause heart attack. Don’t take them.

    Cutting dairy will make your bones weak, continue to drink 3 glasses of skim milk daily. Cutting all carbs and eating only protein will damage your kidneys and liver. Eat carbs, especially whole grains.
