Would the Acai Berry 'diet' be right for me?
I’m a 17 year old girl who is about 5’1" and weights 128 lbs. My doctor says my BMI is okay but I still feel a like I’m treading the fine line to being ‘overweight.’
I saw an advertisement online for the Acai Berry and ventured off to read the article. Thinking it might be one of those random weight loss pills that are not very healthy, I kept researching and found that it was actually a really good supplement. It seems like a great weight to lose weight, but I’m afraid I’ll lose too much weight. Also, I pretty sure my parents are not going to let me buy the free trial online.
I’d like some feedback before I go any further. Do you think I should go for it and would it be good for me? Thanks!

Many companies offer free trials of Acai so you can ‘try before you buy’. That’s probably the best bet. This site lists free trial offers:

It’s just another gimmick for people to make money.
Stop being lazy. If you want to lose weight eat better food and exercise.

I actually just ordered it offline!! I think it sounds like a good way to kick start a diet. I don’t plan on taking it ALL the time but enough to get me started. A lot of people think it is unhealthy but I’ve been hearing so much about it that I just had to give it a try.
Theres people who are going to disagree with me but I say give it a try. As long as your parents are ok with it since you are under 18.

The formula for losing weight is easy – consume less food and exercise more – the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are plenty of temptations out there aren’t there?! The one method which definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I shed twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce results!
