Would Acai only work when it is a dietary supplement?

So everyone’s heard of the Acai berries, which apparently work miracles with weight loss.

Would Acai only work when it is a dietary supplement? I try to stay away from things like that, and I like to drink Acai drinks that are just drinks, not meant for dieting or weight loss.

I know the drinks I drink obviously would not work as well as the supplements, but would it have any help with weight loss just because it is Acai?

Acai berry is a fruit and fruit is good for you but it will not help with weight loss.

The products you see advertised such as diet pills are a waste of money and don’t work, and some have nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.

All you need is a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg – it takes time and motivation :)
