    I there I have a good obesity protocol which will help address a lot of the issues that weight loss and muscle gain have. I would make sure that you drink plenty of water and protein shakes aren’t needed yet simply a proper diet as you have only been trying for a week and what at this stage is more important is the bodies pathways for expelling waste which will require renal and liver support to detoxify properly .
