Sounds to me like you are pretty healthy. Continue doing cardio, and start doing squats, lunges, and inner thigh workouts. Once you start building muscle, you will be able to burn more fat. Find yourself a good weight training workout, and you should be good to go.

Diet has took you as far as it will, so you need to do lots of lower body exercises
Squats are great, crunches, lunges, lunges with toe touches.. Hold each one for at least 5 seconds.
Do them in front of the TV. Its fun !! =D

its harder for girls to loose weight on their legs. it’s easier to loose in the hips. i suggest doing things like lunges and running. i think your doing exactly what u should be doing. good job

First of all, I hope that what your eating know is something you can easily stick with for the rest of your life. Healthy eating is part of a lifestyle, not something you do for a short time to loose weight.
It looks like you need a bigger breakfast, but if it works for you, then I suppose it’s fine. Generally breakfast should be your largest meal of the day. Eating plenty of healthy foods in the morning will give your metabolism a boost for the day, and you won’t be as hungry the rest of the day. But your meal plans seem pretty good. Keep it up.
As for exercising, how long have you been running on the treadmill? If you’ve stopped seeing results, then you need to change it up. When your body gets used to a particular exercise, the activity becomes so easy for your body that it doesn’t burn as many calories as it used to. Try biking, swimming, go for a run outside and try some hills if there are any.
Remember, no matter what anybody says, you can’t spot target fat. And from my experience, most guys like a healthy set of thighs on a good looking girl. Don’t turn yourself into a runway model, please.
