Will I loose weight doing this?
So first of all, I’m a female and i’m 13 years old.
I’m taking a tablet thing called ‘Acai berry’.
It’s supposed to help you loose weight and give you a lot of energy.
But also I’m doing things every day like;
100 sit ups
100 crunches
100 leg ups- left and right leg
100 weight lifts- left and right arm
50 squat thrusts
ETC…
(some things i’m doing I wouldn’t know what to call them)
And i’m also running for a half an hour every day.
On week days I have school so this is how my diet goes;
I get up and leave at about 7:15, and that’s usually when I eat.
I only usually eat a cup of yogurt with 100-110 calories, but some times I eat different breakfasts like 2 eggs with plain toast or something.
then I don’t eat all school and I get home at about 3:40 and I eat then. usually just a sand which and an apple with some other type of healthy snack.
Then I eat dinner about 6:00.
( I just eat whatever my mom or dad makes)
But on the weekends my diet goes like this;
I get up about 10:00, and I eat breakfast
Which is usually two eggs with hash browns and ham.
Then I eat lunch at about 2:00 which is usually a sandwhich with two things on the side.
Then I have dinner at about 6:00 which I just eat whatever my mom or dad makes.
All I drink during the day is water out of the bottle, and usually 1 glass of 1% milk (about 2 cups) with dinner.
And I don’t eat more than 1,500 calories a day.
(I keep track of that)
So I was just wondering if i’m going to loose weight like this?
What should I do differently?

Well dear, my first suggestion would be to not worry so much about how much you weigh. You should be more concerned if you are healthy.
You don’t say what your height and weight are, but at your age it doesn’t really matter, grow up some and be yourself.

you dont need the tablet thing. those are total crap. exercise and a good diet should do the trick, which you seem to be doing fine…if you ate something healthy at school it would keep your metabolism going and it would help lose more weight.

You’ll definitly tone up. Don’t get disappointed if you don’t see dramatic weight loss because with the exercises you’ll be building muslce. Muscle is heavier than fat. You’ll be able to tell by the inches AND weight…and if you really want accurate results get a full body fat composition.

i have never agreed with that kind of strict diets. sprot helps you a lot and i will tell you how i lost weight.. i ate almost any kind of food.. 5 times a day… thats the best way
9.00 am.. yoghurt or milk with one slice of bread or something like that
11.00 am… a grapefruit or an orange ar any gknd of fruit
1.00 pm soup, grilled meat (chicken) and some vegetables.
4.00. pm another fruit or an yoghurt
7.00 pm one sandwich ….
the essential is no sweets and fried stuff… my dad lost 20 kg and i lost only five because i love chocolate

You should be fine as long as you excercize. Once you loose the weight you can use that method. You shouldn’t need the diet pills those are just somthing people use to make money. I mean they work but sience your doing all the other work the pills arent needed. They are an add on but dont stop doing the work it will work way better and you will get the fat off quicker if you choose to keep working. The pill is supposed to tell your body to get rid of more. But that is the perfect method. After you loose the weight just keep excersizing and you should be fine. Also rember that dont over do loosing weight. I know once you loose it you just wanna keep getting skinner but trust me after a point it becomes gross. So please just dont over do it. You should never at the age of 13 weigh under 80 pounds unless you are short. Then I would say dont go under 75 pounds. I hope I helped.
