when will i start seeing results?
okay
i eat approx 1000-1200 calories per day
and i burn 500 calories excercising
i eat healthy, and like all i drink is water
when will i see results?
and is it tru that you burn like 1200 calories each day even if you not excercising, like even if you were in bed sick, you would still lose 1200 calories!!

6 weeks. just don’t give up! see just cause yer burning more calories yer body is gonna pack more, so it takes time before yer body starts Knowing what to do. after you get past that tho its just how hard you sweat when you work out will determine how much you will loose each month. see im the opposite, I’m always trying to gain weight and bulk up. i havnt heard about the burning 1200 calories a day thing but im sure it depend on the person. i have to eat about 3000 calories a day to maintain and alot more to try to gain. You know what your doing already, you have it calculated and everything, i think you just stick with it and you’ll feel really good in 6 weeks.

When did you cut down on the calories? Do you have weight to lose? If not then your body will start storing fat. I think if you had 10-15 pounds to lose and you recently cut down the calories – then you would see the results in a week. But don’t weigh yourself everyday because it can get very frustrating. Keep in mind, I am not a dietician just going off from what I remember from weight watchers. But I do know someone that was watching what they were eating and running 3-4 miles a day and we could not figure out why they were not losing weight. All of a sudden about 6 months later – they basically melted away. That was weird. But I would go by the weight watchers thing and say a week – then after that just a little at a time.
