    What will assist in this process is drinking water. You should drink half your body weight in ounces. For ex: if you weight 200 lbs you should drink 100 oz. of water. That seems like a lot but it is really not. Once you get use to drinking lots of water. Exercise on an constant basis. Water will help curve you hunger.

    I don’t believe that the answer to weight loss is in a supplement but rather in you. If you really want to lose weight, diet and exercise are the best way to make sure that you can stay healthy.

    However, you are not asking for an opinion but a safe supplement. Webmd offers that no supplement is not without the risk, even if you do go with an Ephedra-Free one which will not harm your heart as much as an Ephedra weight loss supplement. It would be best to ask your doctor or even a pharmist at a place like Walgreens what would be best for you individually.
