    Sarah, Last month I was able to drop 7 pounds. In addition to jogging I joined a weight loss clinic in Wyoming. Maybe you should try consulting a weight loss clinic in Florida.

    There is no such thing as a "Miracle pill" try eating right and cardio such as running or swimming and you will be able to lose those 5 pounds pluss more easily

    Depends on for what. If its just a quick five, then go sweat out somewater weight. Hoodia is a good appatite suppresent. Liposix works, there comming out with a liposix black which should be better.

    There are several weight loss drugs that might help you lose 5 lbs, but it will mostly be water weight loss, not fat loss. You will be 5 lbs lighter, but you won’t look 5 lbs lighter. If you do cardio (walking, jogging, biking, swimming, etc.) for 30 minutes 4-5 days you should be able to lose 1-2 lbs of fat per week. If you add a good diet of foods with a low glycemic index number, you should be able to lose at least 5 lbs in 3-4 weeks.

    Weight loss pills/supplements sold over the counter, are they safe? The FDA does not test most of these products. They are considered "nutritional supplements". The claim noted on the bottle "all natural" or "herbal" is not a guarantee of safety.

    If you like to workout, Workout smarter and keep your metabolism fired up by doing three to four 10 minute workouts, as opposed to one big 30 to 40 minute cardio workout. You are asking why? The reason why shorter workouts are better, is you don’t give your fat burning metabolism a chance to slow down.

    If you can, take up rollerblading, ride a bike, power walk, jog. Find a buddie/friend to join you, You have support when you share the experience with a buddie/friend.

    Reduce your salt intake. Eat more of raw fruits and veggies. Remember to drink lots of water. Before you know it, you’ll reach your goal, it will be the safe way.

    phentermine actually works. If you only need to lose 5 pounds you wont get it though it’s prescribed. Don’t eat bread or soda (even diet) just fish and veggies and run everyday.
