none, it is a waste of your money. If there was a really good weight loss supplement it would be all over the news and everyone would be skinny. but no, all you see are those stupid commercials with people that probably lost weight from those pills because they also did other things like EXERCISE. Its easy to take the pill and exercise at the same time and saying that "the pill did all the work". Pills dont work, save your money and risk of side effects. eat healthy and exercise
