Acai is high in antioxidants. Very good but I would recommend a better variety of supplements to be included. You also need a multi vitamin/mineral supplement and a good Omega 3. More importantly, I suggest that you include fresh fruit and veggies and plenty of whole foods with fiber. This should be a very good start for you.
