    unless you are using it with exercise and a good healhy diet, there is no good one. You truthfully don’t need to waste your money on pills like that… there is no such thing as a wonder pill, just change your diet and exercise more, and take vitamins. Vitamins are considered a dietary supplement… and all that means, is you take it combind with your exercise and diet.. and it gives you more of the healthy things you need in your body! Hope that helps you save money!

    I read in a magazine, an accurate magazine(teen Vogue),said that diet pills are not healthy. They can actually get you really sick and might even kill you. You should excersice sixty minutes a day, eat a balanced diet and about 1,300 calories a day. Good Luck!

    weight loss supplements….stupidity! besides the obvious eat a little less, eat right, and exercise, if you are really interested in taking a supplement go to the nearest vitamin world store and ask the trained people there…they know exactly what you want what you need and what would be healthiest for you.

    They call it a suppliment since it is a suppliment to diet and exercise!!!

    However my mother uses something called Dinintel- she weighed 185lbs and she’s now 125lbs. It works- but it can make you kinda jittery and hyperactive…..look it up. I took Lipo6, which tends to target stubborn areas and doesnt have such harsh side effects….hardly feel a thing really – but it does work as well…I’m right now trying a thermogen which contains ephedra and the new stacker without ephedra…..i don’t it’s too early to tell if they work….But I must tell you I work out twice a day 5 times a week doing cardio and strength training, and follow a strict diet with 5 meals a day – no bread, rice or white potatoes.
