what is the best diet or way to eat while taking the 14 day acai berry/fat burn cleanse?
im considering buying this so i can lose some weight by the end of the month. i have read that it works really well. i am getting a membership to a gym within a couple day and i was wondering what i could do to help get fast results. i know i have a lot of toxic build up cause im always tired and never have much energy, and always constipated. First and foremost you do not have a ‘toxi build up’. Our bodies are not full of toxins.
If you are tired, lack energy you need to talk to a doctor. You might be anaemic and the last thing you would need is holistic diarrhoea which is what the cleanse will give you.
It’s virtually impossible to find the exact ingredients, but most cleansers include something like cascara or senna.
All you lose is water weight – fast regained.
