What is a good weight loss drink/supplement that can speed up weight loss process?

never ever starve your self as it is really bad for your body! your body believes that it will never eat again so when you eat a little bit of food, it stores up the fat as it thinks it wont ever eat again. loosing weight is quite simple really. it doesn’t mean to starve your self. just eat the right things. don’t eat fried foods like chips or anything that is oily as this will make you gain weight and it is also
not good for your skin. try to eat your 5 a day fruits and vegetables and try taking up a hobby like tennis, swimming or netball. exercise for at least a hour each day and try to increase the amount of time you exercise each day. if you do not fancy going to a club, try skipping rope in your garden as this is a great way of exercising and really starts your heart pumping! time one minute and see how many skips you can do in one minute, then do it again and try to beat how many you did the time before. Eat a balanced diet and eat 3 meals a day don’t skip meals. don’t resort to diet pills as no matter how good they say that they are, they will mess up your metabolism. make sure that you keep up the exercise. if you keep weighing your self every day you will think that you not loosing any weight, but it does take time so do it at the end of every week. if you want to drink milk, just drink skimmed instead of full fat as it is better for you and practically tastes the same. if you take sugar in your tea or coffee, reduce the amount that your putting in. good luce if not then do slim fast shakes and snacks good luck x
