What, in your opinion, is the best diet supplement?
I have heard so many different things. One person tells me to take a fiber supplement. Someone else tells me to try a colon cleanse. Yet someone else tells me that hoodia is the best. Now I am hearing all these things about the Acai berry diet as seen on Oprah with Dr. Oz. Has anyone tried any of these, and if so, which ones worked best for you, and how fast? I have been starting an exercising routine, but the faster I can drop the weight the better. It will keep me motivated!!! I have a lot to go!
P.s.
The reason I have so much to lose is because I had 2 back to back pregnancies, where I was never able to lose the weight with my first child. I have been trying to diet, but I’m just not losing it fast enough to keep me motivated, at this rate, so the guy who decided to refer to me as a F* pig can rot and has been blocked!!

Hoodia will definitely knock out your appetite. I like chitosan though. You take it before a fatty meal, and it absorbs all the fat and sends it out the pooper. It used to be very popular, but now I have to buy it online. I’ve used it, and it works really well.

Just do what I did. I continued to eat anything and everything I wanted but I wouldn’t eat it all. I cut everything in half. Not literally. Like if I were to go to a buffet I wouldn’t fill my plate up. And I also switched from regular cokes to diet drinks and non carbonated dinks. In order for me to be full on something I would drink mostly liquids and the little that is on my dish. I’m an 18 year old male in college and weigh in between 135 to 140. My weight never changes. other than the regular 5 pounds.

I have tried everything, i gained 60lbs with my first baby and never really lost it before my second. I tried diet and pills but I found that the only way to really lose weight is to do it the old fashioned way.
Your weigh can flex between 1 to 3 lbs a day depending on when you weigh yourself. Try weighing at the same time of day, not every day that could be inaccurate. Once a week is good. Don’t get on the scale every day it will drive you crazy. If you are trying to lose weight 2 to 4 pounds a week is about right and healthy. Drink lots of water (6 to 8 glasses) and eat right (4 small meals), watch what you are eating. Watch your portion sizes. 3 to 4 ounces of meat is a serving. Try to keep a journal of what you eat and the same for your work out schedule. 3 to 4 times a week for at least an hour.
