What do you think of Acai Berry Power 500 and/or Total Cleanse?

I just recently learned of these two pills acclaimed by Dr. Oz (Oprah’s medical guy) online (this is the site I first saw them on: http://marysdietblog.com/?t202id=9576&t202kw=b_pinkfit_21) and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried them and if they actually work. Are they safe? I’m not insanely overweight but I’d like to lose about 15 lbs. The more info you can give me, the better. Thank you!
