What am i doing wrong?
Well ive been working out for 3 months now including cardio in my routine and i have noticed the results in gaining muscle but not in loss of belly fat, I watch what i eat,count calories, and drink plenty of water, I have noticed weight loss but not loss in belly fat, I am currently in process of the Acai Berry cleanse and haven’t noticed much in a flatter abdomen but i have in weight, what am i doing wrong here?
