Weightlifting question!?

im 19yrs, 6ft 160 lbs and im trying to put on muscle mass

i been lifting weights for 3 years but im really trying to get more mass but its extremely difficult for me either its my metabolism or im overtraining

i take creatine, protein, mass gainers, vitamins, acai berry, noX, all that jazz but none of it seems to help

i lift weights ever day so i can take any routine you can dish out, its not lack of discapline, i just think im doing something wrong

i want to gain at least 20 more lbs or muscle

anyone got any advice to get muscle mass??

***i mean routines, not any bogus supplements*
the only supplements that do anything are protein and maybe creatine, that acai and colon cleansing stuff is a marketing scam. and when i say 20lbs of muscle i dont mean overnight but maybe a year or so

    Guinea Bugger is wrong…. the human body can gain 20 pounds of much faster than people realize (ie: you can actualyl do that in a year, for sure). Your body doesn’t want to grow; you have to make it.. it’s hard to do properly but defiantely doable.

    I also have a very, very poor muscle-growing geneitcs. But in the past 6 weeks, I figured it out something really awesome, and I’ve gained 5 pounds of muscle in this short period of time alone. I look a little bigger all over, and all of my lifts have improved. It’s all muscle, no fat.

    I think the main factor choking your results is working out every day… remember, your muscles don’t grow WHILE you work out (if they did, you would be huge by now). You actually tear them and break them down on a microscopic level. You grow while you rest (on your off days and in your sleep).

    You need to give yourself enough rest time in between training in muscle so it can grow. It is actually possible to beat your last record each time you work out (by a small amount, but never-the-less, consistantly increasing).

    You also need to make sure you eat enough calories each day. This is more a big deal than you would think….

    Bodybuilders?

    The Incredible Hulk?

    That would take years and years…………………
