		<description>Hmm... cleanses are safe for most people unless you have some extreme medical condition or are in the process of healing from an injury.  There&#039;s also the master cleanse which only takes lemonade and maple syrups... a juice fast which only takes homemade juices and water, and there are pure water fasts (I&#039;m sure there are 20 million other types as well).   However.... as a mom I believe you&#039;d be really really hard pressed to get your mom to agree to such a thing.  

Most people here are going to tell you to try to lose it the normal way... and I&#039;m going to have to agree with them.  Increase your exercise... cut back on the sugary and super fatty foods!  You&#039;re young and I can&#039;t judge you on wanting to change your body.. but really 5 lbs is pretty minimal and the results you want can be achieved so quickly if you just increase your activity and eat a little healthier.  Besides... having a healthy lifestyle is something that will benefit you for your entire lifetime!!!</description>
