There is no alternative to diet and exercise for keeping your weight under control other than the thin gene?
which you have to be born with and only 10 percent of the population has. Since diet and exercise are such a vicelike grind that you have to stick to for a lifetime they’re out of the question and unbearable.. At some point you have to let yourself go and accept being fat unless you’re among the lucky few who are blessed with the thin gene. Comments on this and I don’t want to hear any ignorant, supercilious answers from the fitness police like sticking to a rabbit food diet of fruits and vegetables and no bread or pasta except whole wheat pasta and only having a meal that doesn’t taste like rubber no more than 3 times a week. Life is a marathon, not a sprint and you can’t keep eating fruit, vegetables and soy products punctuated by an occasional meal that has a taste to it every Monday and Thursday. In other words you can’t eat on a schedule for a lifetime or do strenuous exercise every single day that makes you feel like you’re stuck in a vice. And I also don’t want to hear any bull.sh.it about diet supplements, acai berry or colon cleansing.
When you say you work hard to keep your body the way it is, you’re proving my point. Why should life have to be such a daily grind on a thankless schedule just to keep your weight under control. What are you a robot? I’m sure you feel like your body is in a vicelike grind with the neverending exercise and cardboard food tasting diet you stick to. All I’m asking for is a reasonable way to control weight, not an extreme regimen that makes life an endless boot camp.
No diets where you have to replace foods and eat certain foods. I don’t want to hear that garbage. The only acceptable diet is to never overeat, skip lunch and stay away from snacks like cookies and potato chips. You have to eat food that tastes good and not the bland fruit and vegetable, no bread, soy product nonsense diets. From those diets your sugar will dip so low that you’ll pass out from weakness. Anything other than eating regular food, hot dogs, pizza , bagel and cream cheese, but only once a day and only two meals is unacceptable. The diets where you can only eat certain foods and only have a hamburger or a slice a pizza once in two weeks are insane and only for robotically disciplined automatons who don’t feel anything and are oblivious to what their body tells them.

This really sounds like a rant not a question.
You have to decide what is more important to you. Your health or food.

Is this a question or a statement?
Seems like a statement with a question mark…
I say stop your whinging and calm down, if you REALLY wanna do something about it then you would.
I work hard to keep the body I have now… it does not mean I cant have a break every now and then and binge or skip a few training sessions. I don’t know where I get my "thin gene" from when my whole family is overweight… I must be blessed… I don’t think I’m lucky enough to be part of the 10% either.
You don’t have to exercise EVERYDAY or eat on a schedule for a lifetime. Just be careful what you put in… Too much of anything is bad.
