    My wife did go through one bottle of an ‘Acai Berry’ cleanse, no particular brand over the other.

    It DID clean her out every morning because she had to take it at night before bed. She did not commit to anything else as far as dieting or exercising, but with just one bottle, she lost 6lbs. It’s a starting point.
