TARGETED THIGH WEIGHT LOSS FOR A TEEN GIRL ….SUPPLEMENTS!?

I am 15 and want to make my thighs thinner. I have excercises and stuff I am doing, but everone says that the green tea or acai berry pill works great. The thing is I don’t want to mess with my body by taking these pills so does anyone know of any other safer supplements that I could use? Keep in mind I am only 15 so no diet pills.
Yeah I know about the acai berry and green tea!! But these supplements are not safe for me!! I need some
ALTERNATIVES please.

    sorry, but target weight loss doesn’t totally work the way you want. it’s good that you don’t want to use diet pills. they don’t really work that well anyways. green tea and acai berries can make you lose weight, but pill form isn’t the only way to get them. you can drink green tea and acai berry juice and still lose the weight. also drink 6 glasses of ice cold water a day. it burns 300 calories (that’s equivenant to 3 miles of walking on the treadmill). also if you want to lose weight, you have to eat healthy and work out. start by walking 3-5 miles a day and eating 1,500 calories everyday. walking 5 miles a week = 3,500 calories burned (that’s how much it takes to burn a pound of fat) good luck and keep at it. you will lose the weight, i promise :)
