I bought a bottle out of obligation plus wanting to support them. At $40 a pop.. I don't think it's something I could afford to use monthly as one bottle lasts one person for a week. While I don't doubt that it IS good for you... If you are young,eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle...then I don't think it's something you would need to use. I see it being useful and beneficial to older folks, as it's a convenient way to get all your vitamins and antioxidents.
