Question about wild harvested Acai?

I saw on Rachel Ray and Oprah that taking acai berry pills and doing a colon cleanse will help aid in weight loss. I saw today, Natural wild harvested Acai pills, in which the acai berry is the 2nd ingredient. Do you think that it would work like the pills sold online to aid in weight loss as well? I’m not looking for a miracle solution, just some help! Any input would be appreciated. =)

Don’t go that route: it’s been all over the news that the Acai clains to make you lose weight are not true. Don’t order free trials online either–they’ll take you for a financial ride by shipping on a monthly basis, charging your card, and overpricing their merchandise. The advice they gave on the news was to go to the drugstore because Acai berry supplements are sold in the health section of grocery stores, drug stores–heck, I even saw them at WalMart.
Since you always have to do a diet when you take these supplements is it easy for them to claim that they make you lose weight. Go to a grocery store and get them and try them without a diet–and only then can you determine if they help you or not. What helps one does not necessarily help another. The best way is still the natural way: eat sensible and exercise more and the weight will come off over time….good luck

Make dang sure that there is no other ingredient besides the Acai berry or it is a juice with other natural berries. Your body is not lacking fillers, additives, artificial flavor, red dye #5, yellow dye #84, or whatever these kooks want to add.
