please help I am deppresed…..?

ok so i have no equipment, my parents wont let me go outside only on the lawn, and i want to lose weight…ok so what can I do in my room everynight with ABSOLUTLY NO EQUIPMENT. like people say cardio…what is that? and i cannot do situps or anything like that because of a back problem…and no DO NOT SAY SUPPLEMENT SHAPES OR ACAI BERRY SH*T BECAUSE MY PARENTS REFUSE TO DO ANY OF THAT.

so what should I do, I want to flatten my butt, and build muscle. I also have semi-large calves and i want to get rid of that, please just any exercises I can do in my room…and cardio…

    Hello again.
    Cardio is anything that gets your heart pumping, like running, jumping jacks, butt kicks, etc. There are also "sit ups" you can do while standing, if that’s any better for your back?
    Stand with arms straight above your head and lift one leg out straight in front of you and "sit up" with your upper half to meet the leg in the centre of your body. Repeat with opposite leg. Does that make any sense? I’m usually not very good at describing lol.
    Also, running in place. Basically the same as jogging, but just not going anywhere.
    Hope this helps, and don’t be depressed. Also, don’t try to rush this, weight loss needs to be gradual in order to keep it off.

    Oooh research yoga on the internet. I think they’re good with back problem type of thing.

    Edit: Do not do acai, it’s a scam, Firstly they took all my credit card details and kept charging me for like nothing, theres this huge contraversy over it. google it. Besides, if you look on the back where it says ingredients most of them dont even say acai on them.

    uhm, jogging is the best excercise. but eating healthy is the major part to losing weight. if you wanna just do it in your room search ‘easy work out’ on google, but it will be a while before you see results if thats the ONLY thing your doing.

    well im not really sure how to help, but cardio is basically anything that gets ur heart going. dancing is a good one. if u can only stay in ur room? yeah well just basically anything that gets ur heart going. sorry im not much help. its really late :P

    umm okay i know how you can flatten your but and strengthen your thighs!
    so u get on your hands and knees
    you lift leg up still in postion
    lift to the side then back-
    try doing that maybe 50 times each leg everyday for a couple weeks and you will notice results!

    Cardio is working out and getting your heart rate up, not muscle building. Like dancing jumping running etc.
    Try:
    -Joining a sport-

    For the no equipment thing:
    climbing up and down stairs
    yoga
    kickboxing
    stretching
    squats
    join a health club with some of your friends

    for your thighs, but and hips try squats. you dont need weights for that just the weight of your body will do. 10-20 at a time few times a day. cardio in your room i would do jumping jax and shadow boxing
