PLEASE ANSWER I NEVER GET ANSWERS!: If I take these supplements and do this diet, will I lose weight?

1. Drink at least 4 liters of water a day
2. Cut out all caloric drinks.
3. Don’t drink carbonated drinks -even diet drinks.
4. Don’t eat foods high in sugar or sodium.
5. Decrease my carbohydrate intake by 60%.
6. Eat 6 portions of fruits and vegetables everyday.
7. Still eat high protein foods such as legumes and beans.
8. Eat meals in decreasing order with 3 snacks.
9. 1.5-2 hours of rigorous exercise everyday.
10. Sleep 8-10 hours every day (8-10 PM to 6 am).

And the supplement is Applied Nutrition 14 day Acai Berry cleanse and 14 day Fat Burn Flush.
I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called. And I have read some pretty good reviews about it by the people who didn’t just take the pills, they had a healthy diet and exercise program.
I also don’t mind spending money on a supplement because they are selling it at CVS for 9 dollars and its 112ct.

    Yes, you would lose weight.
    If you’re over 5’6" though, you really don’t need to lose weight.
    If you decide to go with the diet anyway, make sure you don’t get below 113 pounds; anything lower is under an 18.0 BMI and puts you at higher risk for serious diseases.
    I would also suggest not getting 1.5-2 hours of exercise a day. Unless you’re already at that point, you should start with 30-45 minutes a day and add up about 5 minutes a week, otherwise you’re running a pretty high risk of getting stress injuries from too much exercise.

    Your plan sounds great. You’ve covered all the bases. But from experience…lose the Acai & Fat Burn. They dont work well & are a waste of money.

    well Acai Berry is pretty much all hype, i hope these reviews u read werent on the same websites that sell the stuff. If they were odds r that the reviews are just BS to get u to buy the stuff.

    but other than that everything seems pretty good. if you lose any weight doing this it will be because of ur diet and exercise, not the Acai Berry

    I don’t think you need to loose weight.. Your bmi is perfect.. But if you wanted to loose a little 2-5 lbs you could do everything except the pills.. those aren’t a good idea, they are meant for adults and will cause problems for you. I only telling you this because diet pills could effect you in a negative manner.. you should stick to eating healthy, no drinks other then water or green tea.. no junk and at least 2 L of water per day.. Your excercise sounds really good.. Try to consume about 1800 calories per day.. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of course. Don’t drink water with food, but only 30 mins before of after your meal..

    if you have a very bad diet to begin with i would not recommend you do all this at once!!!! start by taking a 20 min walk 3 times a week! not all the things you said!

    1. Drink 2 litres a day
    2. CUT BACK not cut out…everything in moderation
    3. A fizzy drink once a week is ok otherwise you will feel bad
    4. Like above a bar of choco during the week is fine
    9. 1.5-2 hours is far too much start by around 30 3-4 times a week!

    rembember weight didnt just appear over night and it wont disapper overnight either. TAKE EVERYTHING IN MODERATION OR YOU WILL DO YOURSELF MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD. good luck!!!

    You don’t need to lose weight, but what you have here is an excellent plan for a healthy lifestyle. Stay away from diet pills/supplements. They can be very dangerous. They will alter the way your body works and stores vitamins and minerals. I have also read that the Acai berry phenom is really a bunch of nonsense. I would need to research a bit more on that, though. Your plan alone will be a major difference in your appearance and how you feel about your body. Good luck!

    You may want to go to an OA meeting to see if this is right for you.

    Overeater’s Anonymous is for those of us who are overweight, anorexic, bulimic or otherwise hide when eating, use food to deal with stress or avoidance issues, or are generally needing a support system.

    OA is non-profit, free, has meetings all around the world, even 5-6 meetings in different locations days and times in my small town!
    It is not a diet and calories club; there are no meals to buy. This is to do with figuring out what is happening and what our options are.
