OK.. Weight Loss question >.>?
Ok Im 14. 5’3 and I weigh alot. ( I Think ) Acai berry, or any pills are not what I want. I have 17 days before school starts. I need to lose some weight. HELP!! I take two juice supplements and two vegetable supplements. I eat a fiber one strawberry yogurt and banana each day. ( Most of the time ) I walk and ride my bike sometimes.. Nothing seems to be working. Oh and I eat 1400 calories a day.

Exercise is the silver bullet. It has got to be sweaty aerobic exercise though. Walking is fine if you are really moving along at a fast pace, but there is too much temptation to stop and meander around. The same is true of bicycling. It is great if you are really moving along on some hilly terrain, but if you are just coasting half the time it is not going to do the job. Find a local gym. Work out on the machines for at least 50 minutes every day at a pace that gets your heart rate at your working rate. Someone at the gym can tell you what that is for you. No exceptions. Treat it like a religion.

3 banquet microwaveable meals a day along with a piece of fruit for each meal. only drink water.
i lost like 10lbs in a week doing this and then i got lazy and stopped, but it worked. lol
its kinda low in calories, so maybe add some vegetables or more fruit.

Ok start jogging everyday for about 30 minutes and then do 30 minutes walking and that should make you more fit.
PS Eat a big breakfast, a normal lunch and a small dinner.

Weight loss became a huge problem for me until I tried out acai berry.
