Master cleanse or juice fasting? i also have some questions about juice fasting. 10 POINTS!?
i was going to do the lemonade diet (master cleanse) but ive now heard of juice fasting. so ive got a lot of question. who ever answers them all nd doesnt give me a essay en you get best answer =) Xx
1) ive heard the juice fasting is healthier than master cleanse. is this true?
2) does the juice fasting help get rid of body fat rather than just water?
3) Can i use a blender instead of a juicer? and whats the difference between them)
4) can i eat during the juice fasting diet? if so, what should i eat and how much?
5) how long do i do this diet for?
6) how much should i drink of the juice a day ( example. 5 glasses a day, 6 glasses?)
7) one ive lost the weight. how do i keep the weight off? ( my metabolism is extremely slow )
and how do i make this juice fasting stuff? like what do i take in the morning? afternoon? and dinner? any recipes how too make it?

juice is full of sugar, why would it clean you
if you want to do a cleanse, do this
about 4 garlic cloves, 3 lemon and ginger
bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for 10 minutes
drain and wait for the water to cool down to warm and then drink. It’s pretty strong but will give you a cleanse.
Do this for a few days.
You will feel sick but that’s because your body is detoxing.
You can even add manuka honey to it for taste

1) they are different fasts – I do not believe juice fasting is healthier or less healthy than the Master Cleanse.
In my experience, it’s better to just experiment. If you already like strawberries and bananas, then juice them. Personally I love raspberries and mango. Carrot and apple also taste good – you can add pears for extra sweetness. Bananas thicken the juice, but don’t have too many – 1 or at most 2 a day.
2) Juicing cleanses your body. It’s great because fruit juice goes through your digestive organs fast and takes with it excess toxins. There are toxins in excess fat but it doesn’t simply remove body fat.
3) Depends. A blender simply takes the fruits or veggies and mashes them together. A juicer extracts the juice only. I’ve often thought that a blender is better as you get all the goodness of the produce.
4) No. Some people do, but I think that’s not really what you should do. Just have juice and if you drink extra water and herbal tea if you like it.
5) A week would be great
6) Really you should be having at least 5-6 glasses so your digestion gets moving. Like I said, complement it with water and herbal tea
7) Well, many people say eat more meals a day (like 6) but keep them small – this way your metabolism gets a kick… I would continue with the fresh fruit/veggies though and include at least 2 meals of the 6 with fresh fruit or fresh veggies (or the juice, of course).
