Lost weight, but now I've hit a plateau?

Over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, I went from my usual weight of about 115 up to 127. I recently shed most of that weight, and now I’m thinner and more toned than I was before that. While I am happy with this, and the fact that I have all-over muscle, it seems I have stopped dropping weight. I picked up a vegetarian diet, drink my 2L of water a day and nothing else, and have cut out all processed sugars from my diet, as well as the majority of carbs. I exercise for about an hour every day to every two days, and there’s one thing that is really nagging at me.

I have lost weight all over, but there’s still this thin layer of fat over my abdomen, it’s a few centimeters thick. Right beneath that you can feel the ripples and cuts in my abs, but I’d like to get rid of this layer of fat so you can really see them!

Anyone have any suggestions? I don’t intend to take any "supplements" or diet pills other than my regular multi-vitamin, so please don’t waste my time telling me about colon cleansers or acai berry.

I don’t drink coffee or anything. I’ve cut all liquids out of my diet except for water and the occasional glass of orange juice.

    You want to do high intensity ab workouts. If you go to the gym use many machines along with the regular long list of ab work outs you can do just by laying on the ground. Then after that run high distances. If you arent an in shape runner start off by jogging a mile or two everyday for the week, then slowly push the amount up. After about two/three weeks of really being dedicated to running distances try to be at the ability of running 6-8 miles at a decent pace. This will surely give you better results if u are not already doing this.

    I have heard that drinking coffee causes excess weight in the abdomen area… and also it could be just bloating from all the veggies your eating and water weight…try to contract your lower abdomen even while standing. its a great way to keep the calories off that area with out actually "working out".
