is natural acai berry dietary supplement safe for me to take?
please, only serious answers and no "diet pills aren’t safe for anyone."
i’m 16 and would like to lose a few pounds. i’ll excercise and eat healthy along with it, but i don’t really see the problem.
it’s all natural (so they say).
can anyone provide me more details/advice?
thanks.

The Acai is a fruit and it should be safe for you to take, unless you are allergic to this fruit. It has very powerful antioxidants and for some people it will suppress the appetite. Some people say that when they take the Acai and green tea supplements, they have lost some weight.
Hope this helps

Acai is a nutritious berry but it won’t help you lose weight. Diet pills are a scam, unfortunately. Any effects of curbing hunger you could possibly get with a pill, you could much more effectively (and cheaply) get be eating a couple of almonds. The (healthy) fat in the nut will help you skip that snack you are looking at without putting on a lot of weight.

Most acai sources are scammers who are out to exploit people.
They’ll do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for weight loss.
Check my links for how they exploit and rip people off:
