I have done colon cleanses before in the past. I have seen things left in the toilet that shocked me. I also did notice a feeling of energy and a glow about myself after taking a 5 day cleanse.

We all know that we intake toxins day to day. While sometimes our normal process of elimnations such things donot purge out our system totally.

I believe in doing body cleanses wether it be for Kidney, liver or colon. I do need to say that there are alot of cleanses on the market and you need to research before you buy.

I agree with Julie, but most of the colon cleanse products that I have seen also require a series enemas as part of the process.
