Yes we are all sick of them. If you see them, report them.
If everyone did this we would be rid of some of their rubbish, though we’ll never get rid of all of them, and then less people would click on links to dodgy websites for products that don’t work and may scam you out of a lot of money.

lift weights cardio and eating healthy, plus NO MORE JUNK FOOD OF FAST FOOD, and before i forget to mention since you are a woman you do not want to start buiding a whole lot of muscle so , do a lot of reps with a low weight, you do not even need to go to the gym
