Is Acai Super fruit juice any good?

I weigh 250lbs and am trying to lose weight through health eating and exercise. i wanted to know if anyone has tried acai super fruit juice and what was your progress/results like. Im also a bit confused at how it works. the woman in the shop didn’t give me a straight answer, which made me think. and also the bottle doesn’t say stupidly when to take it. It just says can be taken direct from the bottle 20ml. Thanks x

    I would be wary just because it’s being hyped up so much on here as a scam.
    Every other post in this answer forum is by some rep trying to make a sale.
    Either way, most of these super diet foods are scams and nothing more than cleansers.
    Do it the right way, eat healthier, exercise more and let nature take it’s course.
    Just my 2 cents.

    It’s like any of that other crap out there-it says it’s a "diet breakthrough" but,trust me-at the end of the day, it’s just juice. You should be more concerned with the sugar and whatever else is in it that supposedly makes it "super". Does the label say "100% juice"? if not,it may be a blend of juices with sugar added.
    Here’s a simple plan,sweetie….walk,walk,and WALK. Fresh veggies and fruits, water,sugar-free foods and drinks,lean meats & fish,no fried,breaded or greasy foods.Bake,broil or boil.Nuts,berries,whole grains such as whole wheat,flaxseed or rye in rolls,wraps,breads and cereals;brown rice instead of white rice,sweet potatoes instead of white, and easy on the pasta.You’ll lose weight,feel good and your skin will be healthy and glowing.

    It DOES NOT work. It is a scam. The only way to lose weight is to use more calories then you eat. Fuel in Fuel out. Simple. So eat fruits and veggies and protein. Take vitamins and exercise.( I love to walk and hike.) Any weight loss " Breakthrough" is a scam. There is only one formula for losing weight.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
