Is Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse Tablets safe?

Nope.. they wont work. Generally they are not unhealthy to your body, but will be unhealthy to your finaces. These things are usually part of a financial scam.
You want to stay regular? Cut back on the caffine and drink 1.5 to 2L of water in a day.

Yes and No. You will find that any weight loss or cleansing product will say to seek medical advice before using them.
