I’m on a journey to loose weight…any suggestions on how to loose it faster? ?
I’m 18 and a week ago when i started this, i weighed 175lbs, however, i’ve lost 4 lbs and down to 171. I’m taking Acai Berry and a detoxing pill and working out 6 days a week. I am Vegan which was helping me loose weight before i started taking the supplements. Is there anything else i should be doing to help? I’m doing this the healthy way! Thanks.
I’m doing both cardio ( running on treadmill) and lifting weights.

I love how you say you’re on a journey to loose weight. It shows you’re willing to do this the right way. My question would be how are you working out. If it’s with weights you’re going to see yourself loosing inches and not lbs. because muscle weighs more than fat. To help jump-start your metabolism, make sure you’re doing plenty of cardio work. Jogging, biking aerobics all of these will help burn fat quicker than just weight lifting alone. You also mentioned that you were vegan and losing weight until you started taking those supplements maybe you should eliminate them and see what happens. I wish you great luck on your journey.
