I'm gaining weight, and need help?
In the past two months I’ve gained about 10Ibs.
About three months ago, i stopped watching everything i ate. I still ate really healthy; i just ate a little more (stopped trying too skip), stopped counting calories, and stopped beating myself up for having a treat. I did this because my bf asked me too. He told me he liked me the way i was, and didn’t think i needed too worry; he feeds me food when i try too diet. i also slowed down on my over working out.
Now I’m gaining weight. My bf says he doesn’t care, he says he can’t tell at all. But i can.
I’m trying too diet. I eat really healthy, and try too eat through out the day too boost my metabolism. Ive also started counting calories again and try not too snack. I take a large quantity of vitamin supplements. I’ve read almost every article on dieting and tips. I try too exercise almost daily, for a minimum of a half hour. Plus I’m a black belt, and have a class usually 3 times a week. .
I’ve been doing all this for at least a month now and no change, in fact i think I’m still gaining.
I need help. My BMI is like 24.5 if I gain even a little more I become overweight.
I’m 5’1 and weigh 129Ibs. I’m also a 15yr. old female.
Most my age and size are around 95Ibs; I don’t want too be that small because I’m proud of my chest and curves, with a measurement of ’36 ’26 ’36
But i feel fat. m BMI healthy weight is 115Ibs and this sounds ideal and average too me.
How can i loose weight fast but healthy and keep it off???
What I’m i doing wrong?
I’m not looking for a crash diet, anything drastic or unrealistic.
I do not want a diet pill or program or acai berry thing.
And nothing unhealthy. Or would upset my mom (hates the idea of all dieting)
Sorry for the essay… but i need help.
I’m not trying too be super skinny so no lectures… Just a little healthier…
Please help.

Oh, sweetie, that’s a hard one. Try to incorporate more whole grains, fresh and frozen fruits and veggies, and low fat proteins like beans, fish, and lean poultry. Also try getting in regular cardio like running or biking for 45 minutes 5x a week. Ask your boyfriend to on walks with you or to take you swimming. Take your dogs out to play.

yes, many people are confused about what is right nutrition. I noticed that even doctors are confused.
So let’s give it a one more try.
All hinges on finding mechanism of WHAT BLOCKS FAT BURNING in the body.
Overweight people have a block of fat burning.
Unless that is unlocked, they accumulate weight gradually.
Listing of what can be blocking fat burning:
1. gluten
2. cassein
3. acidosis via d/lactic acid
4. traces of pesticides,
5. food coloring and preservatives
6. acidic ph
7. other
I give you clue:
#3 d/lactic acid is a most affecting the mitochondria. Its presence blocks fat burning the most.
#2 and #1 can block fat burning
diet based on removing #4,5 wouldn’t undo your block.
diet based on removing #6 (eating alkaline food) wouldn’t undo your block
#7 ?
therefore experiment with removing substances #1,2,3;
perhaps all are involved in the blockage or only #3
#3 d/lactic acid is a substance appearing in the body in process of sugar fermenting by bacterias

You are a very nice size and shape right now, and you’re right, you don’t need to do anything drastic. You didn’t say what kinds of foods you were eating, but watch the sugar and carbs you are eating. Make sure you keep drinking your water, and watch your portion control.

1) Your body counts calories even if you don’t want too. I suggest you get back to counting calories and eat accordingly.
2) Your weight gain could be in LBM or water weight. Women retain lots of fluids which can offset the scales. Plus your still developing and haven’t reached adult(21-25) yet so to not expect LBM gain is unrealistic at best. You will continue to gain LBM. Also comparing yourself to someone elses weight is not accurate either. I recommend you take body fat percentages(buy some cheap calipers or something) and take those.
3)BMI is inaccurate. Take two 200lb males each at 5’9. One a lean bodybuilder and another a average Joe. The BMI will say both are obese. Obviously the bodybuilder is lean so how can he be obese? Again the BMI is only a "general" index and is inaccurate because it doesn’t take body composition in consideration.
