I'm a fourteen year old girl; I want six pack abs, help me!?

I’m a size eight, fourteen year old girl and I’m a bit obsessed with getting six pack abs, at the moment I have a flattish stomach. But i really want a toned stomach with defined abs.

How can I get six pack abs quickly without using acai berry and crap like that.
Please put what exercises to do, food to eat and other stuff I might need to know!
I’m not interested in using supplements and quick fix pills, I don’t really want to lose lots of weight either.
I don’t mind doing lots of work for it as long as I actually see results. if you tell me exercises to do please detail what to do a little bit please.
Any sensible answers will be really appreciated!

    im gettin there too .
    you have to do 100 sit ups a day ..
    do the ones where your legs//feet are in the airand u lay on your back and use your core (stomach) muscles to lift yourself up when your back’s on the floor have your hand on your ears then you reach up and touch your toesand repeat … when u get up to 20 you can feel it burning … another really good tip is the log … you get in a pres up position but instead of your hands on the floor you have your fore arms and hands on the floor… just hold it ..
    1min is hard …… you also need to run and stuff to burn fat .. because if u build up the muscle the fat will be ontop n u wud look fatter =[

    You are 14, still growing in the middle of puberty. I would wait a little bit until your body settles down and you are finished growing.

    You need to do tummy exercises. Crunches and such. This will tone the muscles. Toned muscles is only a small part of the solution though.

    The problem you are most likely running into is body fat content. A man has to be below 8% body fat to see the 6 pack. Women, traditionally, maintain a higher body fat % than men do. Women are healthier with slightly more body fat.

    To show your 6 pack, you will have to modify your eating so that you lose some body fat.
