im 17 years old, i heard about the acai berry supplement, should i try it ? ?

i played volleyball throughout highschool, but now im graduating, im not continuing vball throughout college, and i’ve already gained a lot of weight. over the years i’ve been able to maintain my weight, balancing out junk food with exercise ( not good i know, but it’s highschool, i cannot resist eating a delicious cookie). now i have these ugly stretch marks, and i want to look good for college. what do you think ?

Acai berries are a newly discovered berry that has some healthy characteristics. The acai berry is really high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight quickly. There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier maximum potency. One of the major brands of acai suppliments is acai berry power 500. Many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Acai-Berry.html

Acai isn’t for weight loss. You need self control, regular exercise, and green tea is great with mint if you don’t like the green tea taste :)

The whole weight loss supplement industry benefits from their product hardly working – enough to see very small results, but not enough to solve your problems. Why? Because if they solved your problem, you wouldn’t keep re-purchasing their product, now would you? These supplements are usually so ineffective that you would have been better off at a cost to time spent ratio to just do a little exercise.

Now we see the rise of the acai berry – one of the biggest scams on the market. Have you done any personal research on this? Just go to google and look for "acai berry scam" or something similar. People report almost no difference except as a very minor hunger suppressant, and some people report being sent huge amounts of it after their "free" trial without asking for them, with a huge bill on their credit card for the trouble.

Instead, spend your money on something professional that is worth it and has a 100% money back guarantee so you can’t get ripped off! (see below) Or don’t.. but either way, save your time and money and stay away from those scam products.
