Im 13 and im not overweight, but im not exactly happy with my weight…?

I am also 13 but im in the same situationi that you are in. I suggest going to a place such as the ymca and jogging and running or walking and also some crunches to help in thestomache area. Cutting down on Junk is important too and try not to snackthroughoutt the day!
but have funWitht it maybe get someone to do itWhitt you that way it makes u want to do better cause u have some competition?

Uhh well im a guy so this may not work for you but i workout with weights thats what makes helps me. Im also not overweight im exactly 120 pounds (normal for 14 year olds) Maybe you should try jogging and sports? You should try badminton, the whole body works.

im on this diet, well its not really a diet but it really works for me, i eat all the time but eat supper healthy and limit my calories to 1200 a day and exercise at least an hour. i eat stuff like apples dipped in yogurt, kettle corn popcorn, salads, and turkey sandwiches with 45 calorie bread w/o cheese and it has really been working for me ive only been on it a week and have lost 3 pounds

i eat alot of junk but i burn it off by swimming everyday
try running or soccer… or that
