If a juice bottle says "Keep Refrigerated" and it was left out, is it unsafe to drink?
My mom bought several bottles of bossa nova acai juice this afternoon and left them sitting out until I got home probably 8 hours later. I looked on the bottle and they all say "Keep Refrigerated" but they are unopened. Are they unsafe to drink?

Most bottled juices are vacuum-sealed and contain preservatives. When they say ‘keep refrigerated’ it normally means ‘keep refrigerated after opening’. Before opening they’ll normally keep for months. 8 hours is nothing.
After opening they’ll last a few days in the fridge.

Yes, the whole keep refridgerated thing is because once you open it you have allowed bacteria and air to enter the drink and grow after it has been opened.
