i weigh 230 and i wanna get to 180-190 how long will it take me?

I work out with weights and hour a day 4 days a week and i am fairly active besides that i eat 500-600 calorie?
i eat 500-600 calories a day and i never go above 800 i weigh 230 i wanna get to 180 or 190 i also take acai berry pills am i on the rite track how much weight should i lose per week based on the info i have given and how long do u think it will take to get to 190-180 based on my diet and exercise

    In order to lose a signifigant amount of weight you need to add in cardio 3 days a week and weights three days a week. when you lift you should lift 3 sets of 12-15 reps as you’re going for definition not size. Also, 500-600 calories is not nearly enough for your size. Your body still needs nutrients to burn calories and build muscles. You should try eating around 1500 cal spread out over 5-6 meals a day. You need to have a good ratio of protein carbs and fat. 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat is ideal for trying to slim down and build lean muscle.     5-600 calories a day seems low. Working out is good, but depends on what exactly you do, bicep curls are also clasified as working out wwith weights but are obviously fairly useless for anything practical.

    I’d say one to two months sounds about right. Though obviously would depend on a number of factors.
