I was wondering if I ate too much today.?

I weigh 125 lbs and I am 5’4
I hardly ever work out but I”m trying to go swimming more now because I think if I lost 10 lbs I’d feel fine. I feel very uncomfortable because I have belly fat and it rolls a lot on my sides when I sit down..and it sticks out of my jeans.. :/ I hate it

so today I ate:

1 apple
1 organic Fiberful fruit bar from Trader Joe’s
1 filling salad with no meat only white beans and vinaigrette dressing
1 mini apricot
6 dried dates..they are 110 calories for 2 of them so that makes like 630 calories worth of dried dates and they have a lot of sugar in them but they taste sooo good like candy :(
one piece of whole wheat bread plain
1 frozen banana dipped in chocolate

then I had about a handful of soybean chips and dipped them into about a 1/4 cup of hummus
1 veggie burger with half of an avocado and one slice of tomato and onions on top
1/2 bottle of pomegranate juice
2 1/2 bottles of water.
and I had 4 acai berry supplements today. 2 in the morning and 2 at night
oh oops the dates equal out to be 330 calories! not 630 haha im bad at math apparently
and on my veggie burger I had no bun

    no that sounds fine that calorie count is close to what i eat every day
