I wanted to cancel my trial for Total Cleanse, but the number they provided doesn’t work; can anyone help?

The number for Acai Berry 500 doesn’t work either…the numbers just don’t connect. Yet they will not allow me to return or cancel the membership without calling. I think I’ve been scammed and now I’m about to be charged a couple hundred dollars on a reoccurring monthly basis. I hope others see this and don’t fall for the same gimmick. The number I have for Total Cleanse is: 866-320-0038 and the number for Acai is: 866-938-4832 . Neither of these numbers are working. If anyone knows a different way I can get in touch with these people I’d appreciate it.

After 2 days of trying to get through, I filed a complaint with the BBB and had my credit card company change my number so I cannot be billed.

Regarding the question as to whether it worked, I’ve only had TC for 1 day and the AB never arrived…so I don’t know.

    I am going thru the same exact issue! The Acai Berry never arrived, but they billed my account. I called and got thru to Acai Berry, cancelled my account, but wont be reimbursed for the withdrawal for 2 more weeks. About Total Cleanse – they billed my account, sent the pills, but I cant get thru no matter how many times I keep trying! Arrgh!

    I just called a number for total pomegranate (same company basically) and finally got through and was able to cancel. The number is 1-866-938-4832. It took 20 minutes on hold but it was worth it so that I dont get charged repeatedly. Now I will just check my account to make sure it never happens. Good Luck!!

    Don’t feel bad, I too have fallen for this scam and I took the advice of one of the other victims and called my bank to close the account and issue me another card. It actually was an easy process and I was able to stop the transaction before it happened since I called on the day before they were to take out the money. I have learned my lesson and will NEVER again buy something from a site where something seems too good to be true. I was informed to go to my banks website to view a tutorial on identity theft and buying online and even tested my buying online IQ. You go to http://www.HUECU.org then to the far right click on resource center then click on learning center then interactive coaches and then identity theft. I took the buying online quiz. It was very helpful. Good luck! And remember, when something seems to good to be true it usually is. Also, only buy from sites you have brought from before and always double check for that padlock.

    I just got off the phone with Acaiberry after 2 hours of trying. There are several numbers but the one that I finally got to answer is (877) 350-8480. Then I was on hold almost 40 minutes. The woman tried to read her script and send me more. Be firm and tell them you want to cancel and no not charge you anymore. They then gave me a confirmation number.

    I hope this helps. I am still trying to get through to Total Cleanse but no luck yet. I may have to close my bank card and get a new number so they cannot bill me. This is crazy.
