try drinking a bottle of water before you eat to stop from over eating(AT least 8 glasses of water a day)
also at least 40 minutes aerobicsics every day is good ( and make sure your moving fast enough not to read a magazine or something)
plus you could get rid of ANY junk food u have and not buy any more
and if you are watching tv or reading a book for more than an hour its good to get up for a few minutes and move around to get your body circulating again.
dont try skipping meals becuase then your body will go into survial mode and will not burn as much energy.
one more thing is to move around while you are talking on the phone (not just sit down ) walk around your home.
AND stress can make you gain weight,so think more positive and find more reasons to smile!
