Thank you for yor answers. I have tried many diets. I just started putting on weight 6 months ago, 30 pounds isn’t what i put on but I’m a girl and maybe over did it. I dont’ expect to lose 30 pounds in a month I was just wondering how much you can lose on acai berry in a month. I hate veggies and fruit and never had a weight problem but i’m in an unhappy relationship, i stay cause we have a child. I always worked out and i watched my food intake but i have lost motivation with everything and hope that acai berry can help get me back on track. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months by eating meat, vegetables and wheat bread only. Stay away from carbs especially rice. Stop eating after 6pm. Eat small amounts. You may feel hungry during the first few days but afterwards you’ll get use to it. Drink lots of water. Good luck!

Realistically, you should not expect to lose more than 1-3 pounds a week with changes in diet and exercise. That means you should realistically figure on 3-6 months at least to lose 30 pounds.
Each pound of fat is 3500 calories. Your body needs about 1200-1500 calories just for basic maintenance, and more if you are active. Even if you didn’t eat a thing, you wouldn’t drop more than 2-3 pounds a week. Of course no one can go more than a few days without eating.
