		<description>Omg I feel really bad for you, cause I started a gym too and I&#039;m seeing not so instant results (but that&#039;s cause I&#039;m an impatient woman xD) 

I actually have the special K shakes for breakfast...and for lunch I have salad (put chicken on it! SOO GOOD) make sure the dressing isnt fattening. Dinner, I have a regular meal, making sure I eat greens. I go to the gym every other day so I dont strain my body.

I also eat before I go to the gym so I&#039;m not hungry after I work out and ruin my hard work.</description>

		<description>its better than losing nothing. have you been to your doctors? you need to be eating foods like fish and salad. skinless chicken and salad. special k is probably only a good idea with skimmed milk. talk to your doctor about your diet and perhaps up your exercise regime to some more time rather than hour. best of luck.</description>
