Do the Colonix. That was the original colon cleansing kit after which all of the other products copied.
The acai berry websites are all scams and will keep charging your credit card and keep sending you tons of bottles of pills, and it’s virtually impossible to cancel the purchases. Read up about it on consumer reports.
Health food stores sell acai berry pills. Try that coupled with a cup of senna tea at night (I prefer the brand "Smooth Move", because it doesn’t taste as gross as the others).
