i don't know what to do! I've tried everything and nothing is working! How to lose weight?
I’ve done diets, I take acai berry and probiotic supplements as well as other supplements, eat healthy foods and exercise, drink water, starved myself or eat as little as possible and throw up after eating, i do cardio, yoga, and lift weights but im still not losing weight. i have no clue what to do now. my stomach hurts all the time like a knife jab. i know its because im not eating right but i really want to lose weight. i don’t want to be fat forever. i just feel myself wasting away, i hate looking at pictures of myself or in a mirror. and to make matters worse my cousin is a model and my sister is super-thin, so i have that to look at everyday. i used to have a good self-esteem and say to myself, "it doesn’t matter that i’m fat, i’m just as good, beautiful, ____, as anybody thin." lately, i’m having a hard time believing that.

If you’ve been doing moderate/intense cardio every day/every other day and weight lifting combined with a healthy and balanced diet and you haven’t gotten any results, I would suggest seeing a doctor- especially if you’re having stomach pains. i know a girl who was over weight im not really sure like how much. but with in just a few months she lost like 60 pounds!!! she was working out every day and taking the ali pills and sticking to the diet that it gives you in the starter pack.. she has kept off her weight for a really long time now… and she look omg amazing!!! i took ali for a while and lost alot of weight i went from a size 4 to a 0 really really fast but they have a nasty side affect so i dont take them anymore…
