I am BORED with running and doing the same routine! Any suggestions?

I only need to lose about 5-7 more lbs. Would I still benefit from fat/weight loss if one day I did an hour of cardio and the next do strength training for the entire body? Instead of doing cardio every single day! I want someone that knows what they are talking about…please no adds for acai berry or colon cleanse. I need some GOOD advice.

I don’t think it matters of what you do as long as your working your muscles.
    I don’t know for sure–

you would benifit more if you did strength training the day after cardio. also if you drink more water and stay away from salty foods you will loose some water weight and you might loose around 2-3 pounds

i wouldnt do anything every day. but here is my routine. if you want to try it
mondays and thursdays- back and biceps
    tuesday and fridays-chest and triceps
wednesdays and saturdays- shoulders and legs
sundays off. i love this cause i get plenty of rest, i like to jog a mile every other day. to loose 5 to 7 pounds, i would do high energy workouts like lunges, or light squats. check out http://www.bodybuilding.com to get info and pictures of certain work outs. but good luck and email if ya have any questions

It’s VERY good to switch up workouts every other day or so, because if you don’t your body gets used to the same routine over and over and almost becomes ammune to it (like what happens with diseases and such). So I’d definitely reccommend switching up your routines so your body doesn’t become to familiar with one thing.
