I am 22 years old, and i weigh 150lbs. I would LOVE to weigh 110, at most 125. help! how can i do this quick?!?
I’ve been counting calories with the loose it application on my ipod. i’ve been maintaining a 1.200 calorie a day intake for about 2 weeks & working out (moderately… because i’m trying to ease into it) about 3-5 times a week (mostly doing aerobic dvds at home)
i realllllly want to be skinny skinny, but i don’t feel like i’m on my way.
I’ve used supplements (acai berry appetite suppressors, sunflower oil suppressors, green tea metabolism lifters, etc.) but my problem isn’t that i’m always hungry, it’s that i just can’t seem to lose the weight.
i’m worried that since i’m not SO heavy that i don’t have SO much extra weight, that it’ll be difficult to do this.
has ANYONE had any success with ANY diet (pill, supplement, meal plan, anything!!!)

Read up about type 1 diabetes, they usually aren’t allowed to eat certain foods – mainly sugar, high GI, high carbs, etc. Therefore if you were to follow a diabetic diet plan you’d lose heaps of weight.

Your going to hurt your body trying so hard.. You should first and for most care for your body by not taking all the diet supplement…
It also takes time… Try walking a few miles a day up hill helps alot..
i was 230 pounds i am now 128 i worked out everyday and ate 8 times a day but very small meals and water water water.. also you could try so water weight pills to break the water weight you have..
